1. Student Enrollment & Academic Records

Students registering for courses, certifications, or vocational programs must adhere to the following:

• All submitted identification details (B-Form, CNIC, and academic histories) must be 100% authentic. Submitting forged papers will result in immediate registration ban.
• Course completion, exam participation, and test assignments must be cleared honestly within the allocated academic timelines.
• Certificates are granted only upon passing required scoring thresholds and complying with fee structures.

2. Partner Institute Affiliations

For independent trainers, schools, and computer centers seeking accreditation and affiliation licenses:

• Affiliation licenses are approved strictly for a span of three (3) years, after which the re-evaluation and physical audit processes must be completed.
• Partner institutes must strictly offer courses in accordance with regional and provincial training boards.
• Under no circumstances is an affiliated center allowed to issue, sell, or manufacture duplicate certificates or use the organization logo without direct written consent.

3. Registration Revocation & Penalties

To secure the high status and respect of our academic certifications, the institute reserves full legal right to cancel registrations in case of any code of conduct violations:

Strict Action Notice: If any student or affiliated institute is found involved in unethical practices, duplicate certificate manufacturing, or system exploitation, their portal registry profiles will be terminated instantly and reported to regulatory bodies.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

The brand names, educational logos, course contents, custom syllabi, code scripts, software tools, and portals are intellectual properties of Genius Institute of Skills Development. Affiliates and students are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying our training assets for commercial use without prior agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every possible effort to maintain 24/7 web security, portal uptimes, and database verifications, the institute is not liable for structural server lags, network system downtimes, or regional power breakdowns beyond our administration's control limits.
